"We loved the location. The accommodation was hidden behind big doors off the rue St Dominique, you crossed a courtyard to your own front door. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more! We could see the Eiffel Tower seemingly at the end of our road. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the Tower past beautiful shops, restaurants and patisseries. If you didn't want to eat out there are two supermarkets very close by including the very reasonably priced Carrefour."

"It was disappointing that the courtyard was half full of sacks of rubble left by builders. The apartment block is undergoing renovation."

"A lovely compact ground floor flat in a great part of Paris, close to Effiel Tower, shops and restaurants. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, with all needed amenities including a washing machine. There was excellent communication about check in a greeter to let us in. Be aware of a hefty security deposit and now an €14.50 per night per adult city tax."

"We knew the place was small but for 4 ladies it was perfect. The quality of the property made up for the size. Thomas met us with the keys and completely explained the property and how to work things. We were late due to traffic but he very patient and professional. The apartment is secure behind a large gate that requires a security code so it’s very safe. The beds are comfortable and the shower is great. Fans are even provided for air circulation. The refrigerator had a cold bottle of water which was so welcome after a long day of travel. There are two well-stocked grocery stores, a bakery and a Starbucks within a short walking distance. You can see the Eiffel Tower when you step out the front gate. Loved it."

"The night we arrived, after Thomas left us to get unpacked, there was music from upstairs that pounded the walls. It continued until after 1:00 am and we had an early shuttle with no sleep. It was Saturday night so we assumed noise limits were different there. Two nights later at 8:45 pm we get a knock at the door, a man stating he was the property manager and that we were laughing too loud with the windows open. We were laughing loudly for probably 15 min straight about our Disney day but it felt punitive after our night of no sleep due to loud music. From then on we felt like we couldn’t open the windows."

"Everything inside was spanking new and some items were still in wraps.We were very lucky to be ones officiating the apartment as the first tenants! The bedroom is very cosy but small, as in most classic Paris apartments. We were able to cook in the kitchen as it is so complete with all imaginable utensils and pots + pans. And there is a very nice pastry/bakery Le Moulin de la Vierge that opens very early at 7am just across the road. They serve one of the best pastries in Paris. The location of this apartment is very convenient as it is very close the Eifel Tower and other attractions as well as the subway station and taxi stand."
